How is Surf eCo environmentally friendly?
All of our equipment is eco-friendly. We bring organic sunscreen and bamboo towels to class so you can try out eco-alternatives to current beach products. We also buy carbon credits, support local non-profit ocean organizations, and donate money to buy acres of rainforest.

SURF WAX:
Matunas cares about the environment. That is why our wax is nontoxic and biodegradable. Our labels are made from recycled paper and we print with only soy bean ink. The wax is made entirely from local California products. |

BAMBOO TOWELS:
Silky soft lightweight 100% bamboo towels. The white does not have any dyes. Bamboo fabric is highly absorbent, naturally antibacterial, and luxuriously soft.

SUNSCREEN:
Mexitan contains Green Tea, which numerous studies have revealed helps protect from sunburn and may reduce skin damage from sun radiation. Combined with mineral sunscreen, Mexitan provides safe broad-spectrum UVA and UVB protection. |
