Bottled Water: Taking Action (pdf) - The Sierra Club has produced a great brochure with important facts and great tips to help take action.

Bottled Up and Tapped Out (pdf) - A 2 page info sheet created by Food and Water Watch explaining the myths about bottled water.

Bagbusters - Choose to Refuse the Plastic Bag (pdf) - 1 page flyer with great pictures.

Ban the Bag! (pdf) - Los Angeles County has created a flyer to warn against plastic bag waste. There is also an FAQ.pdf about why they are trying to ban plastic bags.

Plastic bags by the Zero Waste SA (pdf) - Why worry about plastic bags and what you can do to help out. Tip: Keep reusable grocery bags in the car or your normal carry bag so that you don’t have to remember to take them every time you shop.

DON'T THINK OF A PLASTIC BAG! (pdf) - A great resource of information about plastic bags - Two large canvas bags of premium quality cost about $30, and should last about 10 years. If plastic bag fees, under consideration in some California communities, are instituted at a conservative 15 cents/bag, a family switching from four plastic shopping bags per week will recover its purchase cost in the first year. In the nine years following, an additional $30 per year will be saved.

The Bin Liner Dilemma (pdf) - The Zero Waste Organization discusses what to do without plastic bags lining your trash cans. "Many people use single use plastic shopping bags to line their waste bins and ask what they can do when they stop accepting these bags from supermarkets."
